The Banana Prime Seated Patient Transfer Board is designed to assist in the seated transfer of a patient between two surfaces of similar height, for example from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to chair, wheelchair to toilet.
Sometimes referred to as a slide board, its curved shape allows for smooth side-to-side and straight transfers and its tapered edges ensure easy insertion and removal. Non-slip pads prevent it from moving under the patient.
Lightweight and easy to carry at just 1kg, the Banana Prime Board is nevertheless hard-wearing with a high maximum weight capacity of 200kg making it suitable for general use in a wide range of settings.
